Terms of service.

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in training services provided by Type 3 Strength Systems, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“client,” “you”) agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Type 3 Strength Systems, LLC provides strength and conditioning coaching services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Coached group strength classes

  • Membership-based training programs

  • One-on-one training

  • Athlete performance training

  • Online or app-based programming and coaching tools

Services may be delivered in person, digitally, or through a combination of both.

2. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are processed through approved merchant platforms, including Square, Calendly, and/or Squarespace.

  • Declined or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services until resolved.

  • Payments more than 7 days past due may be subject to a 10% late fee and suspension of access.

3. Class Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership Structure

Class-based services are sold as monthly subscriptions and are billed automatically unless canceled in accordance with these terms.

Memberships are structured by training frequency, such as:

  • 1× per week

  • 2× per week

  • 3× per week

Access to classes and programming corresponds to the selected membership tier.

Programming Within Classes

Clients may follow different training programs within the same class session, based on training frequency, experience, and coaching discretion. This structure allows individualized programming within a coached group environment.

Class Credits & Rollover

  • Memberships include a set number of monthly class credits based on training frequency.

  • Unused credits may roll over for up to 30 days only.

  • Credits expire after 30 days and do not accumulate indefinitely.

  • Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be refunded.

  • Missed sessions do not pause billing or extend credit expiration.

4. Cancellations, Pauses, & Rescheduling

Class Memberships

  • Memberships may be canceled with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.

  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused credits.

  • Membership pauses may be granted at our discretion for injury, medical reasons, or extended travel.

One-on-One Sessions

  • 1:1 Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

Packages

  • Packages: All sessions in a package must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Online Coaching

  • Online Coaching: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 14 days before the next billing date.

5. Refunds

  • All online sales and memberships are non-refundable.

  • In-person services may be refundable only at the discretion of Type 3 Strength Systems, LLC.

  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions, unused credits, or early termination of a subscription.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health and personal information.

  • Follow coaching instructions to the best of your ability.

  • Communicate honestly regarding injuries, pain, or limitations.

  • Understand that results are not guaranteed.

While Type 3 Strength Systems, LLC provides professional coaching, you remain solely responsible for decisions related to your health, recovery, lifestyle, and participation.

7. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, injury, illness, or other adverse events. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

8. Waiver of Liability

You release and hold harmless Type 3 Strength Systems, LLC, its owners, coaches, contractors, and affiliates from liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:

  • Fails to comply with these terms

  • Engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior

  • Poses a risk to themselves, other clients, or staff

10. SMS Messaging & Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications from Type 3 Strength Systems, LLC, including scheduling updates, class announcements, service notifications, and promotional messages.

  • Message frequency may vary.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

  • Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

  • SMS services may be delivered through third-party providers (e.g., Mailchimp).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.

12. Agreement

By booking, paying, or participating in services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to this Client Agreement & Policies.
