What do you do, in one sentence?
We provide data-driven strength training & conditioning for adults and athletes—coaching in person in Webster, TX and remotely worldwide.
Do you offer strength training in Webster, TX? Where do I park?
Yes! We operate inside Free Agents Sports Academy (16810 N Texas Ave, Webster, TX 77598). Park anywhere in the shared lot for Flooring America and Free Agents Sports Academy. See our Contact page or our Google Maps for entrance details.
Do I need prior lifting experience?
No! We coach beginners through advanced athletes. Programs scale by training age, movement competency, and current workload.
Do you work with youth athletes?
Yes—youth through collegiate/pro. Our expertise can scale to meet the athlete and their goals.
Do you train non-baseball athletes?
Absolutely. We support multi-sport and general population goals (strength, performance, body comp), with in- and off-season workload management.
Programs & Coaching
What services do you offer?
Private coaching/personal training, small-group strength, remote custom programming, and team off-season/in-season programs.
Do you offer open gym memberships?
We’re coaching-first. Open gym is available only for active coaching clients.
How is programming built?
We assess baseline movement, strength, and work capacity; then prescribe periodized blocks (e.g., accumulation → intensification → peaking) with weekly adjustments based on performance and readiness.
Do you offer remote coaching?
Yes. Remote custom programs include video form checks, weekly progress reviews, and program updates delivered on a set cadence.
How often will my program change?
Generally speaking, progressions are set within 4–6 week blocks. However, we adjust the program towards you, your goals, and your level of readiness.

Tracking & Results
What’s in the initial assessment?
Medical/training history, movement screen, baseline strength/conditioning tests, and goal setting. We establish your starting loads and constraints.
How do you track progress?
Session logs, RPE/RIR, estimated 1RM trends, jump or sprint markers when applicable, and periodic re-tests. All workouts are logs either through our training app or a Google sheet.
How soon should I expect results?
Most see measurable progress in 4–6 weeks with consistent training and nutrition. Return-to-play or advanced goals vary by athlete and timeline.
Do you offer memberships or packages?
Yes—options include session packs, monthly memberships, and remote coaching packages. See Pricing for current options or contact us for custom pricing.
Do you have a trial or single session?
We offer an intro sessions along with online and in-person consultations!

What’s your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Can I pause my membership?
Yes - Short pauses are allowed for injury, travel, or season changes. However, initiation fees and deposits are subject to being installed upon starting back. See Terms of Service for eligibility and notice requirements.
Memberships, Packages & Scheduling
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and digital wallets. Members can keep a card on file.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Monthly plans auto-renew until canceled or end of agreement per our Terms of Service.
Do you offer refunds?
Programs already delivered, missed sessions, or no-shows aren’t refundable.
Payments & Billing
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All clients/parents sign our Liability Waiver before training. Youth must have a parent/guardian signature.
What are your facility rules?
Closed-toe shoes, respectful conduct, wipe down equipment, re-rack plates, and follow coach instructions at all times.
Are there age restrictions?
Youth athletes are welcome with parental consent. We group by age and competency to ensure safety.
What if I’m injured or returning from surgery?
Bring medical clearance and restrictions. We’ll modify your plan and progress conservatively with communication to your provider if needed.
Safety, Waivers & Policies
Nutrition Support
Do you provide nutrition guidance?
We offer practical coaching—caloric targets, fueling around practices/games, and basic body-comp strategies. For medical nutrition therapy or specific conditions related to nutrition, we’ll refer out.
What nutrition guidance do you provide?
We provide non-medical nutrition coaching for adults and athletes—translating sports-nutrition science into simple habits. Expect protein targets, calorie ranges, macro splits, meal timing around training, hydration, and recovery. We start with an intake questionnaire and bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) for body composition, then adjust targets based on training load and progress. For medical nutrition therapy or conditions (e.g., diabetes, eating disorders, GI disorders), we’ll refer to a licensed dietitian/physician.
Do you write school or team letters?
Yes, we can verify training participation and provide progress summaries upon request.
Do you sell programs or templates?
Yes—digital training templates and guides are available on our Shop. We also offer training subscriptions through our app. After purchase, you’ll receive instant access/download instructions.
