Designed for developing athletes looking to improve speed, coordination, movement quality, strength, and athletic performance in a structured small-group environment.
16 total sessions
2x/week
No prior strength training experience is required. Programs are scaled appropriately.
All sessions are supervised and coached by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
Limited to 6 athletes per class
