I began my training journey in high school looking to lose weight and build muscle. But what started as a personal challenge quickly became a lifelong passion for becoming the strongest version of myself. That journey taught me not only the value of resilience and power, but also the importance of helping others discover their own strength.
Starting as a personal trainer at a local gym, I quickly realized that coaching was about more than sets and reps — it was about people. In learning my clients’ stories, I discovered that training gave me the chance to understand each individual beyond their fitness goals. That connection is what fuels my work: I don’t just coach bodies, I coach people.
Over the years, I’ve built a career grounded in science and care. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Research from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Performance and Sports Scientist (CPSS) through the NSCA, and have coached at the professional level — including serving as the first strength coach for the Houston Dash in 2019. Since 2017, I’ve committed myself full-time as a freelance coach, helping people from all walks of life build lasting strength.
What sets me apart is my ability to blend evidence-based coaching with genuine human connection. With a background in data science and machine learning, I bring a data-driven lens to strength training — creating systems that measure progress, refine decision-making, and ensure that every step is purposeful.
