Athlete Development & Performance Training

Performance Club is a structured strength and performance training program for youth and competitive athletes, focused on long-term athletic development, movement quality, and progression.

Training is coach-led and delivered in a supervised group environment, with programming appropriate for age, training history, and sport demands.

How Performance Club Works

Athletes train together in small groups while following structured programs designed for their stage of development.

The focus is not just performance today, but:

  • safe progression

  • sound movement patterns

  • strength development over time

  • preparation for sport demands

Programs are delivered and tracked through the T3 Club app, allowing coaches to monitor training load, progression, and consistency.

The app supports the process — coaching happens on the floor.

No prior strength training experience is required. Programs are scaled appropriately.

All sessions are supervised and coached by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

Membership Options

Performance Club is offered as a monthly membership based on weekly training frequency and athlete readiness.

Memberships are billed every 4-weeks and is based on selected weekly training frequency.

Consistent (1× per week)$120 / 4-weeks

Dedicated (2× per week)$200 / month

Membership includes:

  • consistent weekly training

  • structured progression

  • supervised coaching

Unused sessions may roll over for up to 30 days.

Drop-Ins

Drop-in sessions are available on a limited, space-available basis.

  • $40 per session

  • Intended for visiting athletes or short-term evaluation
